In terms of the Trust the Board of Governors comprises
those who from time to time hold the following positions:

Prime Minister
The
Mayor of Wellington
The
Roman Catholic Archbishop of Wellington
Income distributed for year end 2008 was $2.7 million.
Total income distributed since the inception of the Trust is over $51.20 million.
